John looked at him. "Once or twice a month," he said, and even though it didn't seem to be a question, Greg nodded.
Notes: I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely mean no offense to yoga, macrobiotic diets, chakras, etc. – I'm afraid that I've just abused them as a convenient plot device here, so mea culpa for that.
